Bhudev Polymer PTFE Lined Flush Bottom Valves are mounted to the lowest point of vessels and reactors to drain corrosive slurries and liquids completely without dead accumulation zones. Offered with disc opening into vessel or opening into valve.
All components are manufactured in our specialized industrial facility located at GIDC Chhatral, Dist. Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The seamless fluoropolymer liner completely shields all wetted metal surfaces from chemical attack and fluid contamination.

We select virgin grade fluoropolymers matched precisely to process chemistry and operating temperature:
Rugged metallic outer shells provide high pressure containment and mechanical strength:
Two-piece or three-piece full bore lined ball valve engineered for tight shutoff in corrosive fluids, acids, and solvent handling.
Quarter-turn bi-directional lined plug valve providing positive shut-off with minimal maintenance in slurry and aggressive chemical pipelines.
Glandless weir type lined diaphragm valve offering absolute isolation of actuator mechanism from hazardous corrosive process fluids.
