We specialize in manufacturing with virgin PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene), PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy), and FEP (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene). For specific moderate chemical or water treatment applications, we also provide PVDF, PP, and HDPE lined solutions. All resins are procured exclusively from approved global prime manufacturers.
All products are manufactured and rigorously tested in strict line with ASTM F1545 (Standard Specification for Plastic-Lined Ferrous Metal Pipe, Fittings, and Valves). Testing includes 100% electrostatic high-voltage spark testing (20kV DC) to confirm pore-free lining, hydrostatic proof testing (1.5x rating / 30 bar), and pneumatic valve seat leak testing.
Yes. We routinely fabricate bespoke spool pieces, odd-angle elbows, reducing lateral tees, custom dip pipes, and reactor column sections according to client proprietary piping isometric drawings. Our in-house tooling and paste extrusion capabilities allow rapid turnaround for turnkey plant installations and shutdown maintenance.
Yes. We manufacture full-jacketed and partial-jacketed lined ball valves, plug valves, pipe spools, and elbows designed for steam or hot thermal oil heating. This prevents solidification or crystallization of viscous process fluids while preserving 100% fluoropolymer corrosion resistance.
