Bhudev Polymer Lined Diaphragm Valves offer an optimal solution for fluid control requiring hermetic sealing to atmosphere. The PTFE diaphragm backed with resilient EPDM rubber seals tightly against the weir, eliminating bonnet leaks and stem gland emissions.

Lining Fluoropolymer Options

We select virgin grade fluoropolymers matched precisely to process chemistry and operating temperature:

PTFE: -29°C to +200°C, universal chemical inertness, in-house paste extrusion.
PFA: -29°C to +200°C, melt-processable, superior clarity and permeation resistance.
FEP: -29°C to +150°C, high dielectric strength and smooth non-stick surface.
PVDF / PP / HDPE: Cost-effective options for mild corrosive and water treatment lines.

Housing & Metallurgy Options

Rugged metallic outer shells provide high pressure containment and mechanical strength:

Cast Steel: ASTM A216 Gr. WCB for heavy-duty pressure valves and fittings.
Carbon Steel Pipe: ASTM A106 Gr. B seamless pipe spools with A105 flanges.
