Key Engineering Highlights

  • No cavities where fluid can settle, preventing contamination
  • Bi-directional bubble-tight shut-off across full pressure range
  • In-line adjustable plug seal without removing valve from pipe
  • Available in both jacketed and non-jacketed configurations
  • Low operating torque with smooth fluoropolymer-to-fluoropolymer contact

All components are manufactured in our specialized industrial facility located at GIDC Chhatral, Dist. Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The seamless fluoropolymer liner completely shields all wetted metal surfaces from chemical attack and fluid contamination.

Available Construction Variants

Lining Fluoropolymer Options

We select virgin grade fluoropolymers matched precisely to process chemistry and operating temperature:

  • PTFE: -29°C to +200°C, universal chemical inertness, in-house paste extrusion.
  • PFA: -29°C to +200°C, melt-processable, superior clarity and permeation resistance.
  • FEP: -29°C to +150°C, high dielectric strength and smooth non-stick surface.
  • PVDF / PP / HDPE: Cost-effective options for mild corrosive and water treatment lines.

Housing & Metallurgy Options

Rugged metallic outer shells provide high pressure containment and mechanical strength:

  • Cast Steel: ASTM A216 Gr. WCB for heavy-duty pressure valves and fittings.
  • Carbon Steel Pipe: ASTM A106 Gr. B seamless pipe spools with A105 flanges.
  • Ductile Iron: ASTM A395 / GGG40.3 for economical vibration-absorbing installations.
  • Stainless Steel: CF8 / CF8M (SS304/SS316) for highly corrosive external plant atmospheres.
