Lining Fluoropolymer Options

We select virgin grade fluoropolymers matched precisely to process chemistry and operating temperature:

  • PTFE: -29°C to +200°C, universal chemical inertness, in-house paste extrusion.
  • PFA: -29°C to +200°C, melt-processable, superior clarity and permeation resistance.
  • FEP: -29°C to +150°C, high dielectric strength and smooth non-stick surface.
  • PVDF / PP / HDPE: Cost-effective options for mild corrosive and water treatment lines.

Housing & Metallurgy Options

Rugged metallic outer shells provide high pressure containment and mechanical strength:

  • Cast Steel: ASTM A216 Gr. WCB for heavy-duty pressure valves and fittings.
  • Carbon Steel Pipe: ASTM A106 Gr. B seamless pipe spools with A105 flanges.
  • Ductile Iron: ASTM A395 / GGG40.3 for economical vibration-absorbing installations.
  • Stainless Steel: CF8 / CF8M (SS304/SS316) for highly corrosive external plant atmospheres.
